The Three Laws
Verified is earned, never bought.
Every credential on the Floor is checked against its source — licences, records, and standing — before the mark is granted.
We never touch deal funds.
Closing money moves only between buyer, seller, and licensed escrow and title partners — it never passes through the Floor.
Buyers and sellers are free, forever.
Listing, browsing, and dealing on the Floor cost buyers and sellers nothing, now or later.
How a deal moves

The Floors
Every class of aircraft.
Light Jets
Light jets are the entry end of the jet market: smaller cabins, shorter legs, and access to runways the larger classes cannot use. This floor serves their owners, buyers, and sellers.
Midsize Jets
Midsize jets fly coast to coast and have stand-up cabins. This floor serves their owners, operators, buyers, and sellers.
Super-Midsize Jets
Super-midsize jets add transcontinental range and wide cabins.
Heavy Jets
Heavy jets are large-cabin, long-range aircraft built for intercontinental missions with full passenger loads.
Ultra-Long-Range
Ultra-long-range jets fly the longest routes in private aviation, including city pairs most aircraft cannot serve nonstop.
Turboprops
Turboprops are slower than jets but cheaper to run, and they can use short runways. This floor serves owners who fly regional trips into smaller airfields.
Pistons
Piston aircraft are where most owners begin: single and twin-engine aircraft flown for personal travel and training.
Rotor Wing
Rotor Wing covers helicopters, for owners and operators who fly missions that don't start or end at a runway.
For Professionals
Buying, selling and owning on The Jet Floor is free. This section is for the firms that pay to be advertised.
Advertise on the Floor
The Deal Team (legal, escrow, inspection, finance, and insurance) advertises on the Floor for one flat subscription. There are no per-deal or per-referral charges.

- • Advertised order: above Free, below Featured.
- • Appears in the Standard bucket of the Professionals directory.
- • Appears in the SHELF, the 4-tile row on category pages.
- • Appears in the BENCH, the labeled module on aircraft detail pages.
- • Verification, Laurel Standing and your closed-deal record are earned; the subscription does not change them.

Featured
$7,990 Annual Membership
Everything in Standard, plus:
- • Advertised order: first.
- • Eligible for the MARQUEE, the category hero.
- • Every active Featured subscriber in a category receives an equal share of that category's Marquee impressions, measured over a rolling 30 days and reported monthly.
- • If your share falls more than 10% below equal, the shortfall is credited to your next bill as service credit.
- • Featured places in each category are limited.
Every paying firm receives a monthly report: impressions by slot and surface, shown with each category's total impressions; the equal-share check and any credit; clicks and click-through rate; inquiry count; and the prior period for comparison.
Nothing happens automatically when the free month ends. If a subscription lapses, your advertised place pauses and the firm moves to Free; verification, Laurel Standing, your closed-deal record, profile and listings stay as earned.
Placement is paid, and verification and Laurel Standing are earned, never bought. How the Floor works

If something on this site is wrong, broken, or doesn’t hold up, tell us. A person reads every report. If it is a verified error, especially one involving money or trust, we correct it as a hotfix as soon as it is confirmed. Other accepted fixes ship in our weekly update and are recorded in the public Site Updates log.
How we handle your information
What we collect: your full name, email address, category, and city or region — these come from everyone who joins the list. Sellers and professionals may add a firm. Sellers and owners may add an aircraft type, and sellers a year. Anyone may add a note. Nothing else is asked.
What it is used for: holding your position on the founding list and contacting you about The Jet Floor’s launch. It is used for nothing else.
What we never do: we never sell your information, and we never share it for marketing. We do not track you across other sites, and we do not retarget you. We draw no inferences about you, and we add nothing to your record from third-party sources — everything here is first-party only. Your record is private by default. If verification data is ever collected, it is held for verification and nothing else.
